Rhein Riesling

A very famous wine made from the grape sort with the same name, Rhein Riesling has recognizable green - yellowish colour which gives it great transparency.
Its aroma is dominated by the fragrance of grass in spring and blossoms combined with citrus and apple smacks.
When consumed, it gaves a nicely balanced harmony with prolonged flavour in one's mouth and throat.The wine is dry, with slight sweetness.
It is served cooled at 8°C with appetizers, white meat, fish, mushrooms, fruits of the sea, and roasted cheese.
The wine is produced from grapes grown in the Pivkas' vineyards.
