Chardonnay wine is produced from Chardonnay grapes. It has very intensive and strongly expressed green-yellowish nuances and is transparent with strong reflection on the glass edges. Its flavour has very developed aromas of mediterranean fruits. Sweet and prolonged and smooth finish is felt in the mouth.
Cooled to 8°C, this wine shows the best harmonies between alcohol and acids. It doesn't have seasonal character;it is drunk throughout the year and is served with appetizers, meat, appetizers of fish, especially fresh water fish, sea fruit dishes and special cheese.
The wine is produced from vines cultivated in very good conditions in Southeast-oriented highlands.
